We look to provide trusts and schools with the resources they need to build up capable finance teams that have a broad spectrum of skills and experience and a sound knowledge of the Academies Financial Handbook. We can provide strategic advice on the optimal finance structure for an academy, dealing with an Educations Funding Audit (EFA) or business recovery situation. We can also provide training to both finance and non-finance staff on the latest developments in academy finance.
